Document Preparation Support

To send a shipment with DHL, you will need to know how to prepare your document or parcel in order to speed up delivery.

DHL Express Worldwide service for documents:

Please complete the DHL waybill, enter the full information of shipper and consignee, including company's name, contact person, address and phone number.

DHL Express Worldwide service for non-documents:

Please complete the following documents:

1. Day Waybill

2. The original Commercial Invoice and 2 duplicates

3. Powe of Attorney

4. If commodities need to be divided into more than 2 boxes, each box must have a Packing List attached

All of the documents shall be affixed with the corporate seals and invoice seal. Those exported by an individual shall have copy of the both sides of the person's ID card and stamped with his or her personal seal.
