2020 Saturday service adjustment effective from 1st July

In order to manage our network capacity more effectively, DHL Express Taiwan will adjust Saturday service from 1st July 2020. The pickup and delivery service from Monday to Friday will remain the same.

Saturday service adjustment (effective from July 2020)
  • Delivery service: not available. Personal shippers can arrange pick up service at Family Mart, DHL 24-hours locker and Chunghwa Post iBox. Check the nearest service pointExternal Link / New Window
  • Pick up service: Please prepare the customs declaration documents and call the customer service hotline to make an appointment for pick-up before 9:00 pm on Friday of the week. If the call is made after the cut-off or if the relevant shipping documents are not ready, pickup will be adjusted to the next business day. Contact our Customer Service.
  • Service center opening hours: Some of DHL Express facilities are not open on Saturday, check timetableExternal Link / New Window to check the opening hours. Shippers can arrange delivery service during weekdays at DHL facilities or go to our partners Changhwa Post and 7-Eleven. Please note that 7-Eleven only accepts documents and mask.
