DHL, the world's leading express and logistics company, now offers Time Definite Delivery (TDD) service for inbound shipments from 10 major Asia Pacific countries to Taiwan. The new service is an enhancement of DHL's TDD service for outbound shipments to over 200 cities in the Asia Pacific, Europe, and Middle Eastern regions. DHL is the first in the industry to provide a guaranteed inbound service to Taiwan.

The enhanced TDD has the advantages of Import Express and the current TDD service, which offers delivery of time-sensitive shipments to Taiwan from 10 major countries in Asia Pacific including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.

A suite of time-definite delivery products, DHL's TDD portfolio comprises StartDay Express, which offers guaranteed door-to-door delivery by 9 a.m., and MidDay Express for deliveries by noon. To use TDD, customers simply need to contact DHL’s Customer Service (24-hour service hotline: 0800-769-888) and to fill out an air waybill. DHL staff will collect the shipment at the designated location and deliver it by the promised time. Customers can track their shipments via the DHL website (www.dhl.com.tw), and they are notified via telephone, e-mail or facsimile when the delivery has been made. If the delivery is not made by the agreed time, DHL will notify the customer and follow-up with a report on the cause of the delay. If DHL is responsible for the delay, DHL will reimburse all the shipping costs (in accordance with DHL'ss Money-back Guarantee Terms and Conditions).
