DHL launches “Convenient Box” at 7-ELEVEN outlets

New product provides light, convenient and economical international express delivery

DHL, the world's leading express and logistics company, has launched “Convenient Box” - a new, lighter package - at all 4,300 7-ELEVEN convenience stores in Taiwan on 9 October. DHL had designed this special “Convenient Box”, with a weight limit of one kilogram, especially for 7-ELEVEN outlets. This new product will give customers a wider choice for their shipping needs.

According to DHL’s understanding, many retail consumers need only a small, lightweight packaging. As a result, DHL introduced the one kilogram “Convenient Box” that is suitable for items such as CDs, small product samples, and books. The smaller packaging allows for more economical and better use of space.

The “Convenient Box” pricing is determined by the destination, which is divided into three geographical zones: Asia Pacific, North America and Europe, and Africa and Middle-East. The shipping cost will be flat rate for each of the selected zones.

Besides the one kilogram “Convenient Box”, customers can also find DHL’s five kilograms “Mini Box”, 10 kilograms “Jumbo Junior” and other express services and products for documents at the 7-ELEVEN outlets. For more information on the service, customers can visit www.dhl.com.tw, or simply contact DHL’s Customer Service at the 24-hour service hotline: 0800-777-711.
